Do not impersonate another person, create an account for someone without permission, or use the platform if you are not legally able to agree to these terms. 3. Community standards
Empowerable is built for respectful participation. You may not harass, discriminate against, threaten, exploit, or deceive another member. You may not publish harmful, unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or deliberately misleading content. Employers must describe roles truthfully, honor accessibility commitments, and never request payment from candidates to apply for work. We may limit or remove content and accounts that create risk for the community.

Empowerable helps people discover and connect with opportunities, but we do not guarantee employment, interviews, compensation, workplace conditions, or the accuracy of every third-party listing. You are responsible for evaluating an opportunity before applying or sharing sensitive information. Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions, job descriptions, legal compliance, and candidate communications.

You keep ownership of the information and content you submit. You give Empowerable permission to host, display, format, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service. Only share information you are comfortable making available for the purpose you choose. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights or contains confidential information you are not authorized to share.

We work to make Empowerable usable for people with different access needs. If something prevents you from participating, please contact us so we can understand the barrier and improve the experience.
